- The U1CU website is the most public-facing expression of our mission, goals and values and is essential in promoting products and services.
- The current site has been in use since 2014 and has served U1CU well during that time. As we’ve grown, so has the website infrastructure, resulting in fragmented visual experiences and navigation difficulties. The redesign ensures that our website best reflects our mission.
- Optimized navigation and search, improved functionality, user experience and design layout.
- Improved online chat functionality.
- Simplified pages and menus.
- Locate the green Online Banking button in the top right corner of the website.
- The Online Banking demo page can be found by clicking here.
- You can also locate the demo page link within the Related Links section at the bottom of our Digital Services, Online Banking and Mobile Banking pages.
- You can locate the login page for your VISA account under the Borrow menu. Click “VISA Account Access” under the Credit Cards menu.
- You can access the Investments page by clicking the Everyday Banking menu. Click “Investments” under the Financial Advisors menu.
- You can also access the Investments page by clicking the Financial Advisors link in the Retirement box located at the bottom of the home page:
- This information is located under the Resources menu. Click the Card Services menu for comprehensive card support.
- If you want to make a payment to your U1 loan from an outside bank account, click the Resources menu. Click Pay Your Loan to view the different options on paying your loan.
