Dear Members,
We have a few exciting updates to share with you.
First, we are planning upcoming renovations at our Dayton and Beavercreek offices. Dayton will take place first with renovations planned to start January 2025. The most notable change will be the relocation of the ATM to another area of the parking lot, to enable better traffic flow and closer handicap parking for members. Inside the office, the remodel will create a more open layout with its lobby paying homage to the credit union’s history.
The Beavercreek renovation will follow and concentrate on better use of the space and create an overall Operations Service Center.
The Operations and Lending teams will be in one building to create synergies and collaboration, resulting in a better member experience.
Finally, we are in the process of updating our technology systems to result in better member and employee experiences. This system upgrade will be effective in September 2025.
We are excited about these improvements and look forward to continuing to look for ways to better serve you, our members.
